I know I am not alone when I say some people should not be allowed behind the wheel of a car, truck, bus---whatever it is they think they are qualified to drive. I live in an extremely small town so the quickest way to the nearest city is by getting on the interstate. Today was not unlike any other that I drive into town and what I mean by that is the other drivers did not disappoint. I realized today that there are three main types of drivers.
1) the drivers who border on the speed limit and 5-10 under and are in the left lane;
2) the drivers who are 10+ over and weaving in and out of traffic just to get off on the same exit as you and be stuck at the same light you are stuck at; that one makes me smile; and
3) the drivers who stick to the speed limit plus 5 or 10 over.
The fast drivers who are clearly speeding but think by getting in the slow lane and getting on my bumper and then quickly passing me and getting right back in the slow lane is going to lower their chances of getting a ticket. What about those drivers who border speed limit and 5-10 under who are in the left lane going the same speed as the person in the right lane!!! ROAD BLOCK!! Gotta love their thinking, "I think I can, I think I can!" Most days I try not to let it bother me.
I am not really a road rage driver but my husband hates when I drive because I talk to other drivers like they can hear me...don't you? I call them names and ask them what they were thinking, knowing all to well that I won't get an answer. I am not a complete expert on driving but I clearly know putting your blinker on after you have crossed the yellow line is NOT enough time to inform other drivers you want to change lanes.
I think you get my point and you hear about it all the time and I am sure at some point you have seen it or done it yourself. I try not to do it because I know how I feel when it happens to me and I am a firm believer in "KARMA" and "what goes around" TRULY "comes back around"!
Have a great day everyone.
