Justice Served

For those who read my "Lessons Learned" posting, I forgot to post the follow up.  The next day my son went to school and somewhere toward the end of the day he is called to the office.  Apparently the person who stole the money bragged about it and tried to blame it on someone else.  Well...that someone else got mad and told the truth.  The stinky little thief was given in house suspension for I don't know how long and the principal gave the money back to the kids out of his own pocket.  It is nice to know that justice does get served but in this case I think the punishment should have been a little harsher like out of school suspension but that probably would not have made an impact on this child as he is a repeat offender.  Two weeks later his brother is in Church.  God works in ways that we just don't know and in ways we that we choose to deny are his.

"Do not plot evil against your neighbor, and do not love to swear falsely. I hate all this, declares the LORD."  Zechariah 8:17
